need to fill the Financial Secretary position before we do much more. This position is appointed by Supreme. So if someone is interested please contact
me so we can fill out the paperwork. I
have included the description of the position below. It is one of the most important positions in the council.
Financial
Secretary - The financial secretary is appointed by the supreme knight, upon
recommendation of the council. His main
area of responsibility is maintaining all financial and membership
records. He collects and receives all
monies from all sources, including annual dues from council members. He also handles supply orders for the
council officers and members, filing ther Report of Officers and submitting all
membership transactions to the Supreme Council.
